When sports cars and exotics receive additional performance upgrades, it is important to value the quality of modifications and determine reasonable value when neither the seller nore buyer are in a rush to make a decision. If performance upgrades are extensive and no comparable can be found, then a Replacement Cost appraisal may be warranted.

I go through the build labour and parts costs with my clients to create a spreadsheet with current prices adjusted for how much prices have increased since 2019. Sometimes it makes sense to update an appraisal after just a few years to account for further price increases and additional upgrades. Once I have appraised your vehicle once, I have discounted rates for updating it with a fresh appraisals as needed.
